Fall Adult Flute
Workshop - Saturday October 27 & Sunday October 28, 2007
1-6pm
The Adult Flute Workshop is open to all adult students, from beginner to advanced levels, with each student encouraged to work at his/her own pace.
Classes currently planned are:
Flute Choir
Performance Anxiety: Strategies for control
Irish Music for the Classical Musician: Finding the right "accent"
Middle Eastern Music: Introduction for the Classical Musician
Irish Music: Tips for learning tunes by ear
Masterclass: Practicing performance
Practice: How to practice effectively with a busy schedule
Rhythm: Internalize the pulse!
Approaching a new piece: How to start off well
Stretches for musicians: Reduce the risks of injury

The workshop is $70/weekend, or $40/day.

Flute Camp a Success!
