The Silver & Strings Trio consists of flute, violin and harp.  

Yes.  You may request any combination of flute, violin and harp.  If you are expecting a large number of guests or have booked a large venue, we would recommend the trio for the additional volume.

Absolutely.  Let us know what instruments you would prefer and we will do our best to arrange them for you.

Our specialties are Classical and Irish Traditional music.  We are happy to provide popular selections or music from other genres upon request.

We are currently booking up to two years in advance, especially during the summer months. While we do have isolated dates available, it is a good idea to reserve your date as soon as possible.

Absolutely.  We would be happy to set up a time to meet with you and play a sample of our music for you.

We usually find that there is no need for us to be at the rehearsal.  If you would prefer us to be there, it can be arranged at an additional hourly rate.

We would charge for the length of the engagement, including our travel time.  The length of the engagement would be measured from the start of the prelude music until the end of our playing time at the reception.  If either the ceremony or reception is out of town, we would take that travel time into account as well.

No.  Silver & Strings will take care of all the music selection based on your stated preferences. 

If you have a specific piece or pieces you would like to hear, we would be happy to discuss programming with you.

For the Trio, we would need three sturdy chairs with no arms and an area 5 x 10 feet.

For the Duo, we would need two sturdy chairs with no arms and an area 5 x 7 feet.
